Cancellation Policy

Due to the influx of last minute cancelations/ rescheduling and no show appointments, we have implemented a cancelation policy. Please keep in mind if an appointment is canceled, or rescheduled last minute your service provider loses the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and other clients miss the opportunity to receive services. 

We request at least a 48 hour notice to reschedule or cancel your appointments. 

Any no shows, cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of a color or smoothing treatment will be charged a $50 inconvenience fee.

Any no shows cancelations or rescheduling within 24 hours of a haircut will be charged a $20 inconvenience fee.

We do understand that life happens, keep in mind this policy is subject to change due to circumstances.
